30 Minutes to Why AI? ↗
Getting Started
Do I need a technical team to get started?
No. That's the core of what we do. TeamingSpace Takeaway requires zero data scientists, zero ML engineers, and zero technical staff to operate. Our AI Advisory & Enablement services are similarly designed; our AI 101 and Enablement work is built for business operators, not developers. If you can run a business, you can work with Minesmart.
We're a small team. Can we realistically build an AI capability?
Yes, and small teams often move faster than large enterprises precisely because they don't have legacy bureaucracy slowing them down. Our frameworks and products are designed to deliver value at SMB scale from day one, with a path to grow. Many of our most impactful deployments started with a team of under 20 people.
What industries do you serve?
Our products and services are designed around operational data, which means they're applicable across industries. We've worked with distribution, manufacturing, professional services, and B2B businesses. If your business generates operational data (sales, inventory, staff, customers, finance), we can put it to work for you.
Products and Services
What's the difference between TeamingSpace Takeaway and your AI Advisory & Enablement services?
TeamingSpace Takeaway is our software subscription: a self-service platform where your operational data becomes AI Agents you engage with in plain language. Our services (AI 101, Opportunity Assessment, AI Enablement) are hands-on programs where our team works directly with you to build strategy, assess ROI, and upskill your organization. Many clients use both: the product for day-to-day operational insight and our services to build the broader AI capability around it.
How long does an AI Opportunity Assessment take?
A typical AI Opportunity Assessment takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your business and the data sources we're analyzing. You receive a Growth Audit, Competitor Benchmarking report, and a prioritized ROI Map at the end: a clear, actionable picture of where AI will move the needle fastest for your specific business.
How is Minesmart different from other AI consultants?
Most AI consultants implement someone else's tools. We built our own. Our services are grounded in proprietary frameworks (Agentic AI, Human Machine Teaming, AI Quantification, Decision Path Analytics) developed through large-scale deployments and validated externally. We don't just recommend AI; we help you build a real, measurable, sustainable AI capability. And we have the patents and DARPA validation to back it up.
Technology and Trust
What does "patent-protected" actually mean for me as a customer?
It means two things. First, our OneShot Data→AI™ approach is genuinely different, not a repackaged version of something off-the-shelf. The USPTO has validated that. Second, it protects your investment: the competitive advantage you get from our technology is defensible. No competitor can simply copy what you're using.
What is the DARPA ERIS Marketplace, and why does it matter?
DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) runs ERIS (Expedited Research Implementation Series) as a marketplace for validated, novel technology. Minesmart's technology, Verified Machine Thinking to assist humans in solving unfamiliar situations in real-time, was deemed Awardable by the DARPA ERIS Marketplace, recognized among a competitive field of applicants for its innovation, scalability, and potential impact. For SMB customers, it's a signal that the enterprise-grade depth we claim is real, not marketing language.
