The Gap We Kept Seeing

The demand AI places on a business does not scale down. A company with 15 people faces the same fundamental challenge as a Fortune 500: figure out what AI can do, find the right tools, and make them stick. The difference is a large enterprise has an army of engineers to absorb that complexity. A small business has you.

After two decades leading AI platform work across large enterprises, that asymmetry became impossible to ignore. The same problems documented in early Machine Learning research kept persisting year after year. AI decisions stay opaque. The complexity keeps growing. The tools assume resources most businesses do not have.

The turning point came from working the transparency problem directly. Years of research into making AI genuinely explainable to the people actually running a business opened a different path. We validated it with premier research organizations, protected the core innovation through USPTO patents, and built TeamingSpace Takeaway. As an SMB ourselves, we built it for exactly the business you are running today.

The Team

The People Behind It

Prabhu Saiprabhu "Sai"
Founder

Sai spent two decades inside large enterprise AI programs before founding Minesmart. His graduate research on Machine Learning transparency became the technical foundation for what is now TeamingSpace Takeaway.

He has led AI platform development at global scale, across organizations where the cost of an opaque AI decision is measured in regulatory risk, not just lost revenue. That experience shapes how Minesmart products are built: not for demos, but for business operators who need answers they can act on and explain.

The USPTO has granted patents on the underlying methods. DARPA's ERIS program recognized the technology among a competitive field of applicants. Minesmart was built as an SMB because the businesses that needed AI most were the ones being left out of it.

Manika Bhattacharjee
VP of Product Engineering

Manika is an accomplished technology executive with a global track record of building Machine Learning and AI solutions inside highly regulated industries. Her work spans organizations where the cost of a wrong AI decision is not just measured in revenue but in safety, compliance, and public trust.

Before joining Minesmart, she built Amazon's Global Compliance and Safety Technology organization from the ground up, spearheading core products across retail fulfillment, environmental systems, and food safety. She knows what it takes to make AI work not just in a lab but at scale, in conditions where failure has real consequences.

That background is exactly what Minesmart requires. Building AI that business operators can trust means building it the way regulated industries demand: with governance baked in from the start, decisions that can be explained, and outcomes that hold up under scrutiny. Manika brings the engineering leadership and institutional depth to make that standard the default, not an afterthought.
